Professional Experience


Craig Trottier is directly responsible for all of Trammell Crow Company’s retail development and investment activities in the Houston region, including ground-up development of new projects, acquisition of existing income-producing properties, and development services offered to third parties.
During his 25 year career, Craig completed over $1.2 billion of retail and mixed-use developments. He has is well versed in all aspects of market research, site selection, due diligence, property acquisition, feasibility analysis, design, government entitlements, underwriting, development, leasing, management, and disposition of retail properties.

Craig has successfully leased millions of square feet of retail space to local, regional and national credit tenants including: Target, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Kohl’s, Shopko, Albertson’s, Nordstrom, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s, Ross, Toys R Us and others.  In-depth understanding of the legal and practical aspects as well as the intricacies of commercial leasing.
