Aubrey D. Haines’s 39-year professional career in commercial real estate development has included successful management and completion of numerous Class A office, mixed-use, corporate campus / build-to-suit, multi-family and industrial projects. To date, Haines has overseen development of 27 million square feet of high-profile and award-winning real estate assets whose aggregate value is $9 billion

From 2010-to-2013, Mr. Haines served as a Design and Development Manager for the multi-billion dollar ExxonMobil Campus Project that was developed by ExxonMobil in The Woodlands (Houston), Texas. Haines was responsible for coordinating and directing the design and pre-development activities for this extremely large corporate campus project.

His development roles and responsibilities have included all aspects of development from feasibility analysis, land evaluation, property acquisition, entitlements, budgeting, design oversight, value engineering, inspections, contract negotiation / administration, renovations and marketing.
