As Vice President, Abbey Ehman aids in execution and project management throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Her background includes both architecture and construction management and her primary focus is efficient project delivery and the cost effective integration of sustainability measures. Abbey leads Trammell Crow Company’s Sustainability Task Force where Sustainability is a the core of her values. She has been holistically incorporated in her endeavors since she worked with the US Green Building Council to launch the LEED® Residential Pilot Program in 2007. Abbey taught a graduate course on the Affordable Integration of Sustainability Practices in Real Estate Development and was integral in the adoption of energy benchmarking legislation in Utah. She is currently working on the master planning and entitlements of a 250-acre mixed-use healthy living community in Bakersfield, CA.
