The Prague office market grew by 21,200 sq m in Q3 2020 and currently stands at 3.73 mln sq m of modern office space. Three new office buildings were delivered to the market in Q3 2020. The total amount of space under construction was about 154,800 sq m. Take up reached 32,400 sq m, which was almost 29% less than the previous quarter. Total leasing activity in Q3 2020 was 86,200 sq m. Renegotiations in Q3 2020 accounted for 62.4% of total leasing activity, followed by new leases (23.3%). Prime rent stood between 22.50 and 23.00 €/sq m/month.
