Despite the worst quarter since 2010 and the lack of transactions involving over 10,000 sq m, the demand level in Q3 exceeded 113,000 sq m. This is a good result as it was achieved during the holiday period in conditions where many companies were still postponing decisions on the amount of space occupied and on signing a lease agreement. Nevertheless, the activity of tenants to date has decreased by 35% compared to the record-breaking 2019 (Q1-Q3).
