land sectors which saw acquisitions total $1.2, $1.2, $1.2 and $1.1 billion,

Notable transactions from Q2 2020 included the purchase of The Landing office asset in
Vancouver by Allied REIT for $225.0 million, 245 Lena Cres., a Multifamily property in Kitchener Waterloo, by QuadReal for $98.9 million and 395 Terminal Ave., an office asset in Ottawa, by BentallGreenOak for $97.5 million.

With most institutional firms in a holding pattern due to COVID 19 and the resultant economic
slowdown, the most active purchasers in Q2 2020 were Private Canadian Investors. This
group accounted for 59.4% of acquisitions over Q2 2020.
